The MK-Ultra program is global and it only takes three 3 day weekends in a 4-6wk period to make a child a permanent mind control slave. GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) in the US and any program meant for “advanced track students” in the world provides the recruitment list. -THAT IS LITERAL. It is that big. MK-Ultra projects are taken out of these programs for their reliable baseline intelligence, as attested to in the practice of regurgitation and following instruction – which the elementary school aged brain does all the time – and excelling at the basics is all that will be needed from the prospective victim, it makes them ideal target for programming.
Beyond this, any reason to have a student miss Friday to be returned to their parents Sunday night -and some GATE-like programs do run special retreat/training scenarios of this type- is suspect. A child can be made an MK-Ultra project before they’re done at elementary. Then they’ll get abused by anyone knowing how to use the trigger phrase/movements for life, even being secretly placed into careers by intelligence agencies and used as “life/sex bomb assets” to destroy targets on command and have no idea it’s their doing.
THE ASSET “WORKS LIKE A CHARM”
Mk-Ultra processing involves fracturing the identity while in the process breaking down all neurological functions, then building them back up in a way that reassembles the person’s psyche into the programmed modes desired by the programmer. This Mk-Ultra project programming makes sex triggers out of words that process as internal urges inside the victim’s head and body – a phrase like:
“You seem like a good girl.” Can trigger a neurological pathway yielding automatic behavioral response, for example – the word “seem” registers as “sex” and upon approach the internal often unasked position of anyone is “What do you want?” It is an internal position because people don’t outright ask the question often to avoid being rude, but the sentiment/intent is present. Putting the silent intent into words creates an internal trigger, aligning the word “want” with the thought of sex – which only arose because this is the mind of an Mk-Ultra project, at their hearing the word “seem” in the trigger phrase. Using the same “suggestive neuro-pathological” language built to be project-condition specific, the word “good” in the trigger phrase is said (as opposed to “nice”) if the handler will be commanding the target to “go” somewhere with them.
Mk-Ultra projects are regular secretaries and receptionists, which is useful in all the global corporate espionage the international intelligence agencies engage daily; your man’s a corporate raider but he needs the upfront trust of the CEO or owner and the dude want his secretary in ways he’d have to confess to a priest. Your guy knows he’s dealing with an Mk-Ultra project (she does not know that’s what she is), he gets her to go out with him in one comment and makes quite the private display of his conquest – from here the agent can use the perceived clout to close the deal, or he can teach the target the catchphrase. But only if he’s sized up and approved (which is always known upfront) and if he is, the CEO from that day on can enjoy part-time “shared ownership” of the secretary’s life.
`In terms of recruitment, once someone has been allowed access to an Mk-Ultra project it is eventually made clear they are at the bottom rung of a ladder and the higher they go the more they will be expected to never speak about. The phrase “Works like a charm” is something you might hear a governor who was a university regent say about the program, because it’s all he will say to acknowledge that he is a member of the special club of mainly men who clamor for their next “date” with a mind-controlled sex slave. Most of them will do anything to “qualify” for their next project victim to control.
THE MIND OF A PROJECT
Mk-Ultra Projects can be high up in management and when times are tough a few key people in accounting can make sure the MK-Ultra projects on staff don’t see their salaries – they will not talk – from their programming onward they all live as shifting “sub-selves” and it is important to understand the internal experience of mind control:
If the purpose is sex, at the sound of the syllable of the word “seem” a strong urge to sexual arousal is triggered in potential – if the phrase is followed by the appropriate command, which can be as direct as, “Follow me into the restroom, enter a couple seconds after me and give me a blowjob.” Then the Mk-Ultra project will assume such an internally aroused state they may as well be in the middle of shooting a porn scene. They are performing to please the person at command – any idea of dissonance inside the victim is like thought travelling in a brain that is being scratched on the inside.
The brain can’t sense something like a scratch, but it can feel like a tearing or actual physical scarring is taking place inside your own skull, and the more you try to resist what you’re being programmed to do, the worse its getting. The programming process builds pathologies in this fashion; for the victim performing the desired behavior actually comes to feel like a neurological and therefore whole-body, strangely physical satisfaction, even though the behavior has a victim sleeping with strangers upon hearing the right words in the right sequence; they perform as programmed because the behavior is comprised of the only physical actions allowable if the mind control victim is to avoid intense mental, physical discomfort. Once the cue has been given, performing as commanded is their only actual choice.
As uncomfortable as it is to consider, this means housewives and mothers can end up married, experiencing a happy, normal, single family home life, then experience regular spans of missing time which may go unnoticed until it is associated with a “strange man” who always seems to catch them alone. Whole lives can be brought to ruin in these scenarios – a chemist who fell in love and married a chemist can, years later become a medical inspector in charge of certifying labs and medicinal waste disposal practices. The project can – even mid-inspection – be triggered to surrender her paperwork and materials, have them all filled out for her, then be made to sign; all she’ll know is “This was a breeze of an inspection – “I’m already done”, and she could have been used for anything during her time shifted to their control.
OTHER USES
Mk-Ultra projects are naturally used in the entertainment industry and professional sports and there is a supposed cultural reason for why; managers, agents, and handlers at all levels praise the CIA/MI-6, what have you, because without the girls who are easy to keep quiet, eager to please one command, and who cannot expect to be able to steal your assets, these highly “special” types of people would never get anything like a normal sex life.
In light of the nature, scope and scale of the MK-Ultra project, the Theranos story is compelling. Theranos is now an infamous investment scam built on the promise of advanced genetic therapy-based medicine for all, and the entire thing is known to have been thought up by Elizabeth Holmes. At this point it seems likely was she run as a project, making the entire narrative of the “Genetic Savior Friendly Big Tech/Medicine” one market-defining operation Ms. Holmes was programmed to run. The message of the operation:
“If you think you’ll have the advances actual gene therapy and treatment could afford the average person, you’re falling for a scam. Just look at how short of the mark this woman fell when she tried.” From this angle, it’s easy to see Elizabeth Holmes as the fresh young face for a market message the elite fell they need to make. (Admittedly Holmes could be an evil bitch who was performing as Satan commands; she could have just been the funded and dumb, or anything in between.)
-There’s one likely scenario. Extrapolate the idea to every level of every society on Earth, throughout all types of commerce, media, religion, and political governance, and the reality of the MK-Ultra world will begin to settle in:
Mk-Ultra projects, boys and girls, young men and women are depended on heavily during every election season. At State/National Primaries, Caucuses, and conventions people having been known to be chosen because of the ‘sex team’ deployed. Operations are alive and well globally first and foremost because sex compromises, especially in these circumstances, and once they have you it’s more likely you’ll kill yourself than it is you’ll not do what “they” command in order to remain quiet.
Instructional Assistants in high schools are prime recruiters. They can be given the list of Projects, watch which ones male or female students are attracted to, then make the promise of sexual favors from their “teenage crush” the incentive for participation (in whatever agenda). Many male teens would fall for it and if they do it once, the claim can always be made that it was a rape because the asset can be shifted, maybe even shown a tape of it after; teens are easy to intimidate, especially when dealing with sex. (This way you have useful prisoners you can use into at least their mid-twenties and from among those, a many will just be evil people who don’t consider it rape.) -This is a modern Nazi/”Arianism” recruitment protocol but that has more to do with the cultural view of women and their roles typical to the Arian male.
Military Police had been infamous for funneling mind controlled females through their service’s ranks, and this extended to base security (working the gates, because they’re the police of the military). In fact one of the many justifications given for outsourcing the gate security posts (began under Bush II to my knowledge) was the widespread black market running the MPs were known to secure. The actual security of the black market is/was the security of the military (the MPs) for a very, very long time.
The FBI has been known to have agents run MK-Ultra projects like prostitutes, but the young man or woman believes they are somehow a “paid informant”. (Their rent’s taken care of and their expenses typically come out of funds from sex work they can’t avoid due to their mind controlled state; it’s all about controlling their triggers- they only know what they’re supposed to know all the time.)
NOTE: General consensus is the CIA and other international intelligence agencies are the “cohering factor” explaining the same problem being ran institutionally through every large enough group – official or unofficial. Evil is the only cohering interest; the Vatican’s Mk-Ultra program is known to be more serial killer-centered, but they’ll make and use any kind – as will any branch of the military or law enforcement. It’s a “plug and play program”.
